All software and sound library sales are final. esoundz.com cannot accept returns or provide refunds for items purchased. We're working hard to continuously improve the shopping experience here at esoundz.com, so you can feel confident about your purchase.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact our sales department. Those of you who have shopped with us before know that we strive to be as accommodating and flexible as we can be to ensure your satisfaction.

Membership Levels

Your free esoundz.com membership entitles you to discounts off most esoundz.com products*. Membership levels include Member, Silver, Gold and Platinum as well as special temporary levels which can be assigned by esoundz administrators for promotional purposes. All Membership levels offer percentage savings off eligible, regularly priced items.

Membership levels are automatically improved when you shop at esoundz.com. The more you purchase on esoundz, the higher your Memberhip level will go. You will be notified via your esoundz account email whenever your Membership level changes. Each new Membership level earns you deeper savings off of esoundz products.

You must be logged in to see your Memberhip savings while you shop. Otherwise, any applicable member discounts will be applied before you complete the checkout process. If a product is on sale, you will automatically be given the lower of the sale price and the regular price minus your Membership discount. esoundz reserves the right to manually increment or decrement membership levels or discount amounts per Membership level for any customer at any time with or without prior notification.

Shipping Policy

P.O. Box Shipments

Our primary postal carrier, UPS, will not ship to a P.O. Box address. Please know that if you choose to ship to a P.O. Box, there will be delays in processing your order.

Delivery Time

Orders placed at esoundz.com are typically shipped either same day or within 1-3 business days. Orders placed for products that are either currently out of stock or are offered via an affiliate manufacturer are typically shipped within 1-2 weeks. This estimate is based on several factors including availability of materials and volume of orders placed. When selecting a shipping option, please keep in mind that the time estimate for delivery is based on the date your order is shipped, not on the date your order is received.

Shipping Prices

esoundz.com is pleased to offer free ground shipping (including international orders) as an option to customers who purchase products totaling $199 USD* or more. The free ground shipping option becomes available for those customers that qualify when they reach the "Select a Ship Method" step of the checkout process. Shipping options are offered based on the country you chose on the Ship To address on your order form. Those of you whose billing and shipping addresses match will have your shipping address filled out for you automatically.

Shipping charges for U.S. orders are calculated based on the total weight of all items in the order and the destination state and zip code. Shipping charges for all international orders are flat rates based upon the particular option selected.

* the 199 USD rule does not apply on group buys due to the intrinsic variable nature of this promotion system. If a group buy product is shipped, the shipping will be always added to the final group buy price at the time you are charged when the group buy ends. In the case of a downloadable-only group buy, there will be no shipping charge. If a group buy is a mix of downloadable and shipped products, the same rule applies as the shipped product and a shipping charge will be added to the product at the end of the group buy.

Confirmation

When you place an order at esoundz.com, a receipt for your order will be emailed to the billing email address you entered into the order form. For questions about your order, including tracking, please contact our shipping department

 

Pre-Ordered Products

Products offered for Pre-Order are paid for by the customer at the time the order is placed and will be shipped as soon as they become available. Products typically become available for shipping within 5 weeks of the Pre-Order.

esoundz.com cannot guarantee specific dates for availability or delivery of Pre-Ordered items. Any posted availability dates are estimates only.

For customer orders that contain only a pre-ordered product and no additional products, esoundz.com will ship the pre-ordered product via the customer's selected ship method as soon as the product becomes available and the order is processed. For those orders that contain a combination of pre-ordered products one or more standard products, esoundz.com will ship the standard products via the customer's selected ship method as soon as the order is processed. When the pre-ordered product or products becomes available, esoundz.com will then ship the pre-ordered product(s) to the customer on a first come/first served basis using regular ground shipping methods (at no additional cost).

Customers that require special shipping options on pre-ordered products should either create a unique order for the Pre-Ordered product they desire or contact the esoundz.com sales department directly to make shipping arrangements.

 

 

Group Buys

A Group Buy product is a special limited-time only product with a flexible price. Group Buy products are typically specialty items created exclusively for esoundz that you can't find anywhere else. Group Buy products become progressively less expensive as more people "join the group" to purchase it. The price continues to drop up until the Final Date of the Group Buy period, after which the price will be fixed. You can view the current number of people enrolled in the group and the current price level at any time by checking the product details.
Group Buy products start off at already exceptional prices. Join the group when the current price of the product is at the maximum level you're willing to pay. To join the group, simply click on the Join Group Buy Now button on the product details page. You'll be guided through a simple process to join the group which includes entering your credit card information.



How and when is my credit card used?
You enter your credit card information at the time you join the group, but your credit card is not charged until after the Final Date for the Group Buy has passed or until the final price has been reached - whichever comes first . After the Final Date or final price has been reached, esoundz will automatically charge the credit card the LOWEST price achieved by the group buy and process your order. You will receive an email receipt at the time your order is processed confirming the final price you paid.



ePointz� and Member Level discounts
Any ePointz� you have in your account will not be able to be used to discount your Group Buy price. However, you can earn epointz by using a referral when joining a group buy which can get you 5% (up to $5) of the purchase price for both you and the person you are using as a referral in value credit on the site toward other sounds in a future purchase. Member Level discounts do not affect the final price of the Group Buy.

 

 

ePointz™

The ePointz program is one of esoundz.com's most popular programs. ePointz� are site credits (1 epointz = roughly $1 in value) which can be used to further discount your downloadable sound purchases. ePointz� can be earned in a number of ways including:
 

• Friend Referrals You can earn ePointz by entering the esoundz login name or full name of a friend during the checkout process.

• Special offers From time to time, esoundz.com will create special offers that allow our customers to earn ePointz. These offers are advertised on the esoundz.com home page or via special email contact from esoundz.com

To view your current ePointz� at any time, login to the esoundz.com Members Area. The amount of ePointz shown is the discount that will be automatically applied to the very next order you place on esoundz.com*.
 

• We have removed the limit of how many times you can earn referral ePointz for your account. This means you can refer others and earn more ePointz each time a purchase is made using you as a referal.
   
• *ePointz can only be applied on products that are DOWNLOADABLE from esoundz and DownloadableSoundz.com. They cannot be applied to products that are downloadable from other company's web sites and they cannot be used on Group Buys.
   
• You cannot use both ePointz and a coupon code at the same time and the use of ePointz generally are not combined with other promotions. Referral ePointz can often still be earned on most purchases.
   
• Regarding coupon codes: Any existing ePointz credits you have in your account are not used if a coupon code is entered and valid and are still there to be used on your next purchase � if a coupon code is entered and found to be invalid, any existing ePointz you have will be applied instead.
• Certain products are exempt from ePointz� discounts. Products that are exempt from ePointz� discounts are clearly marked in your cart.
• The maximum amount of ePointz� you can earn from a single purchase on esoundz.com by referring friends is 5% of the purchase up to $100 (There is a limit of 5 ePointz that can be earned per transaction for both the the person who is used as a referral and the person making the purchase).
   
• With each esoundz purchase, any and all ePointz� you have accumulated will automatically be applied during the checkout process (unless the product is exempt from ePointz)
   
• If your ePointz� discount is greater than the total price of the items in your cart, your existing ePointz� will be applied until the total price of items in your cart is only $10.00 (the minimum order amount). Any remaining ePointz� are saved and will be automatically applied to your next purchase.
• Tax and shipping charges are applied after your ePointz discount.

Does esoundz.com Share the Information It Receives? - in a word, no. We do not share any of your information with any other company under any condition. We do not accept customer information from other companies. Our registration and survey forms are the only methods we use to acquire customer and membership information.

 

Posting product reviews

Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. esoundz.com reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content.

If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant esoundz.com and its affiliates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant esoundz.com and its affiliates and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. Downloadable Sounds

esoundz.com offers specific sound software products (downloadable sounds and loops) for direct download after purchase. Before downloading any purchased esoundz, you must agree to the provided License Agreement.

Download Quotas

Each downloadable product has an initial quota of downloads. You may download the target product repeatedly until the quota of downloads has been reached. If you require additional downloads beyond your quota, you must contact the esoundz technical support team to request additional downloads.

Managing Your Downloads

To manage your downloads or to re-download a previously downloaded product, please visit the My esoundz section of the esoundz.com Member's Area and login. Once logged in, click the My Downloads button and locate your downloadable product(s). Follow the listed links to re-download your product(s).

Coupons/Discount Codes

esoundz.com periodically advertises special coupon/discount offers.

• Coupon Discounts are applied at order subtotal level � before tax and shipping charges.
• Coupons are not accepted for Group Buys
• Any existing ePointz credits are ignored if a coupon code is entered and valid � if a coupon code is entered and found to be invalid, any existing ePointz will be applied instead.
• Coupons have an expiration date, after which they are no longer valid.

Coupons must pass 5 criteria in order to be validated and used:

• Coupon code A valid coupon code must be entered in the available field on step 3 of the checkout process (the credit card page).
• Expiration date Coupons have an expiration date. After expiration date, the coupon will not work.
• Eligible products A coupon may be applied to whole order (before tax and shipping charges) or to individual item or items. If the coupon is for specific products, you must purchase one or more of the eligible products in order to use the coupon.
• Order Minimum The esoundz order minimum is enforced. If the coupon discount would reduce the amount of the order to below its minimum amount, the coupon will not be valid.
• Used Coupons may only be used once.

A detailed error message is displayed on the order review screen and order confirmation email if you entered a coupon and it is found to be invalid.
